User Manual – How to Use Our Platform

1. Account Registration

To start using our platform, you must first create an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Please make sure your details remain current at all times.

DestanArt is a multi-vendor marketplace. Users may use the platform as customers or register as vendors to offer their own eligible products for sale.

2. Customer & Vendor Registration

When registering on DestanArt, users may register to use the platform as a Customer or, where vendor registration is available, as a Vendor.

Customer Registration

Customers can create an account to purchase products, manage their Dcredit Wallet, view their orders and access other customer features provided by the platform.

To register as a customer:

Open the registration page.
Enter the required account information.
Complete the registration and any required account verification.
Log in to access your account and available customer features.

Vendor Registration

DestanArt is designed as a multi-vendor marketplace that allows eligible users to register as vendors and offer their own products through the platform.

To register and operate as a vendor:

Select the available Vendor registration option.
Provide the requested account and vendor information.
Complete any verification or onboarding requirements displayed by the platform.
After successful registration and any required approval, access the Vendor Dashboard.
Create product listings by providing the required product information, images, descriptions and prices.
Manage your products and sales through the available Vendor Dashboard functions.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products and content they list comply with DestanArt’s Terms & Conditions, intellectual property requirements and other applicable platform policies.

The identity or information of the relevant vendor is displayed with the applicable product listing so that customers can identify the seller associated with a product.

DestanArt is currently the only active vendor offering products on the platform. The platform is structured to support multiple vendors, and additional eligible users may register as vendors when vendor registration is made available.

3. Wallet & Top-Up

After registration, log in to your account and navigate to My Account → My Wallet. DestanArt uses Dcredit as its internal platform credit for eligible purchases and transactions.

1 Dcredit = 1 EUR

For example:

10 Dcredit = €10
25 Dcredit = €25
50 Dcredit = €50
100 Dcredit = €100

To purchase Dcredit and add it to your Wallet:

Go to My Account → My Wallet.
Select Wallet Top Up.
Enter or select the amount of Dcredit you wish to purchase.
Review the corresponding amount in EUR.
Proceed to the available payment method and complete the payment.
After successful payment confirmation, the corresponding Dcredit will be added to your Wallet balance.

Bank card payments for Wallet top-ups are processed through GaliaPay, the payment provider used by DestanArt for card-based Wallet top-up transactions.

Your available Dcredit balance can be viewed at any time under My Wallet, together with your top-up, spending and transaction history.

Important Notice:

By topping up your Wallet, you:

Explicitly accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy;
Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age;
Confirm that you have reviewed and approved the top-up amount before completing the transaction.

Dcredit is an internal platform credit and is intended for eligible transactions available through DestanArt.

4. Purchasing Products

Products and services on this website cannot be purchased directly with traditional payment methods. All purchases must be made using the available Dcredit balance in your DestanArt Wallet.

Before making a purchase, ensure that your Wallet contains sufficient Dcredit. If your balance is insufficient, go to My Account → My Wallet → Wallet Top Up to purchase additional Dcredit.

5. Wallet Transfers

You may transfer available Dcredit from your Wallet to another eligible registered user within the DestanArt platform.

Wallet transfers are internal platform transactions and do not constitute transfers to an external bank account or payment card. Before confirming a transfer, you are responsible for checking the recipient details and the amount being transferred.

Successfully completed Wallet transfers are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy.

6. Legal Compliance

By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our platform’s policies. Any misuse of the Wallet system or marketplace functions may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Vendors must ensure that their listings, products, images and other content comply with applicable laws, intellectual property requirements and DestanArt’s platform policies.
